1. Data controller: NanoEstate (contact: kontakt@nanoestate.me). We process data in line with the Montenegrin Personal Data Protection Law.

2. Data we process: account data (name, email, phone, password stored encrypted); listing content and photos; inquiries, messages and reviews; notification subscriptions (email); technical logs (IP address, access time) for security; cookies strictly necessary for the site (session and language choice).

3. Why: contract performance (your account, publishing listings, delivering inquiries); legitimate interest (security, fraud prevention, visit statistics); your consent (email alerts about new listings and price drops — you can unsubscribe with one click in every message).

4. What is public: listing content, photos and the contact phone YOU enter in a listing, plus agency details on its public profile. Your email address is never shown publicly.

5. Cookies. We use only functional cookies required for the site to work (login and language). No third-party advertising or marketing cookies.

6. Sharing: technical providers (hosting, email delivery) process data solely on our instructions under safeguards. We never sell personal data.

7. Retention: for as long as your account exists. Deleting the account deletes personal data, except what the law requires us to keep. Technical logs are kept for a limited period.

8. Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection. Send requests to kontakt@nanoestate.me — we respond without delay. You may also complain to the Montenegrin Personal Data Protection Agency (AZLP).

9. Security. Passwords are stored encrypted only, traffic runs over HTTPS, and data access is restricted.

10. Minors. The platform is intended for persons over 18.

11. Changes. The current version is always on this page; registered users are notified of material changes.
